A love affair with ribbons and bows. That's how it all started. Well, it actually started in the little west Texas town of Abilene in 1981, but by 1984, I was hoarding ribbons and tying bows. A charmed childhood made up of creative parents, plenty of travel and a desire to tell my story through pictures led me to prop styling. A stroke of luck handed me the opportunity to hone my eye and edit my skills in New York while working as a Style Editor at Martha Stewart Weddings. My education continued, as I help lead the creation of BHLDN, a bridal concept from the Urban Outfitters Corporation. I decided to move to Los Angeles and become a freelance stylist in 2011 and most recently, I have opened a boutique heirloom embroidery store with my mom and sister, called The Loveliest in Dallas, Texas. I continue to travel for styling jobs and offer creative direction as well as floral design and interiors consulting.

Home is with my husband-to-be, Jeremy and our most beloved dog, Henrietta.
